General Adaptation Syndrome Cycle

Being allergic to a substance or food doesn’t mean having a visible allergic reaction such as skin rash or sneezing. There are substances that we think we tolerate because we don’t have any usual allergic signs but in reality we are allergic to them. This type of allergy results in gastrointestinal problems, weight-related problems and others.
